CHECK-IN is from 1pm-6pm, and check-out is at 11am. Please contact us to make different arrangements.
NO SMOKING, PETS, or vaping allowed in any of our buildings (including bathrooms). A $500 service fee will be charged for all those in violation.
CANCELLATIONS: A $25 processing fee will be charged for each canceled reservation. Though we certainly hope you don’t, if you find you must cancel your reservation, simply give us a required notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, and we will return your deposit less any processing fees. Stay of seven nights or longer during our peak season requires one month notice; RV, van slips, and other reservations require 72 hours notice prior to 4 PM on your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made without the required notice will result in a charge equal to the amount for the entire reservation. No-shows will result in a charge equal to the total amount of the full reservation. There are no refunds after you arrive.
TRASH: Community trash cans are located on the South side of the pet are right by the entrance/exit gate. Do not leave trash out overnight. Cigarette butts are trash and should not be discarded on the property grounds, use designated receptacles.
LAUNDRY: Card or coin operated laundry rooms are for guest convenience. Please clean out dryer lint traps after use and help keep the room clean.
CHILDREN: We are a family friendly resort and encourage all to enjoy their stay. Please remember children are not the responsibility of other residents or management. Parents are fully responsible for the acts and conduct of their children, financial or otherwise.
VISITORS: Registered guests entertaining visitors are responsible for their conduct and liable for any damages they may cause while in the Resort. Please inform them of our rules and regulations. All visitors must stop and register at the office. Visitors will be given a pass and parking assignment. If visitors wish to use the resort facilities a day pass of $5 will apply.
PETS: For the safety of all guests, pets must be kept on a leash all times, except in our dog park where they should be off leash in order to help deter aggressive behavior. They must never be left unattended at any RV site or slip and must not be disruptive. Visitors are unable to bring pets into the park. Maximum two pets per sight. I (we) agree to hold Joe’s Valley Camping, their members, directors, officers, agents, volunteers, and employees harmless from any claim for loss or injury that may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of other persons, owners, guardians and/or their dog(s). While in or upon the grounds or near any entrance there to, and I (we) further agreed to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of our pet(s) disappearance, theft, death, or otherwise, and for any claim for damage or injury to our pet(s) , Whether such loss, disappearance, theft, damage, or injury, caused or ledge to be caused by the negligence of Joe valley RV, park and campground or any of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other calls or causes. Risks may include, there are not limited to, injury, or damage caused directly or indirectly as a result of pet fights, pet bites, being knocked down, chased, or tripped, etc. All pet waste must be picked up immediately, a fine of $25 will be enforce if we see any individual in violation of this policy.
CAMP ETIQUETTE: Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be considerate of others. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. No crossing sites, for your safety and their privacy. The speed limit throughout the park is 5 mph.
FLAG PROTOCOL: We respect and honor our American flag. We follow the national flag etiquette as following: Don't display upside down: The flag should not be displayed upside down, except in extreme danger to life or property. Don't let it touch the ground: The flag should not touch the ground, floor, water, or merchandise. Don't carry it flat: The flag should not be carried flat or horizontally, but always aloft and free. Don't use it as clothing: The flag should not be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery. Don't mark it: The flag should not be drawn on, or otherwise marked. Other flags are not allowed at the campground. If other flags are on display or in public view, the guest will be asked to remove the flag from view. If said guest is not compliant, the guest could be asked to leave the campground.
OTHER ITEMS: During winter, make sure to disconnect your water hose before it hits 36 degrees so that you have time to drain. Heated hoses, approved skirting, and heat tape is advised. Our water pressure is very high (between 80 – 110 psi), we require using a pressure regulator. Some are available for purchase in our camp store. Surge protectors are also recommended to protect your appliances.
WI-FI ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY: Joe's Valley Campground provides free WiFi access to its guests. In compliance with acceptable use policies, we ask that our service not be used for any of the following: illegal or fraudulent use, copyright or trademark infringement, threats or harassment, harm to minors, spamming, hacking, system disruption, impersonation or forgery, abuse of new groups, excessive use of bandwidth, viruses, etc.
CAMPFIRES and BARBECUES: Fires are permitted between 6AM and 10PM. Please use the common area fire pit. Please use common sense for safety purposes and to not cause any fire damage to the site area. Firewood is not provided. Outside barbecues are permitted, please do not place them on picnic tables as they will melt. Place cold coals in a plastic bag and set out with trash for pickup.
SITE: Fire laws prohibit storage of materials under or around RV’s. Only legitimate outside patio furniture is allowed. Any outside storage cabinets must be approved by management before being placed on a site. Altering or digging into a site is not permitted. Sites must be kept neat and clean at all times. You are responsible to secure your personal belongings.
RVs: Only well-kept RVs are allowed in the Resort. All units must have sleeping facilities, window coverings and approved electrical, water & sewer hookups. Truck Campers are not to be removed from vehicles. Management reserves the right to refuse admission of RV’s not meeting park standards. As every site has full electric hook ups, generators are not permitted to be operated.
NOT ALLOWED IN RESORT: Skates & skateboards are not allowed within the resort. Only handicapped scooters are permitted in the resort. All motorized vehicles must be currently licensed. Bicycles must have headlights if used after dark. Generators are to be used only in the event of a power outage. Auto work is not allowed in the resort nor is washing vehicles. Unauthorized soliciting or selling is not allowed in the resort. Clotheslines are not allowed due to a safety hazard.
NOTE: This resort is privately owned. Violations of any resort rules and regulations or antisocial behavior which may or may not be covered by these rules and regulations may result in eviction from the resort. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and to refuse to register any undesirable guests or RV’s. Management is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, vandalism, or any other means nor are they responsible for accidents. Guests are responsible for any damage they may cause to park property, including water spigots, utility pedestals and outlets.
It is my responsibility to keep my property and PERSONAL BELONGINGS secure. Joe valley camping RV park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. I am aware that my camping party may be PHOTOGRAPHED and their comments may be used in our publications or website. This PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason , except for those prohibited by law. Joe’s Valley Camping reserves the right to ask any person or party it deemed necessary, to leave the campground based on violations of park, rules, or behavior management deems, inappropriate or disturbing to others. Guests are responsible for their own safety, the safety of their children and their guests. I understand that although Joe’s Valley Camping makes every reasonable effort to provide a safe environment the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility, and I agree to hold Joe’s Valley Camping harmless in any and all claims arising from any incidents that may occur during my stay.
I have read this notice and agreed to it as well as Joe’s Valley Camping rules and regulations. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay.
I (we) hereby, assume the sole responsibility for and agreed to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless or this unsupervised facility from any and all loss and expense (including legal and expert witness fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time, resulting there from, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves) or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in the use of the dog park, lounge, such injuries, death, or damage to property or persons may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or maybe alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or agents, or any other persons. I agreed to carefully inspect and satisfy myself (ourselves) that the facilities provided are safe for their intended use. Once having conducted the inspection, I (we) agreed to expressly, assume all risks for myself, guardians, my children, and my pet(s) participating at these premises. I state that I (we): 1) agreed to the terms and conditions described here in, (and will explain the same to attending children and guests) and 2) promise to comply fully with all of the conditions and rules of the dog park. I understand that pets should be OFF LEASH while in the dog park to prevent aggressive behavior. I (we) understand that violation of these terms, conditions, rules and regulations may result in suspension or revocation of dog park privileges. I (we) also agreed to immediately report any unsafe property conditions to the camp manager at Joe’s Valley Camping at 435-749-9758.
