Yes, we offer free WiFi throughout the campground.

Yes, there is a walking trail about a 1/4 mile from the campground that runs right next to the Cottonwood Creek.

Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to sand, dirt, trees, bugs, weather, the discomforts of nature, illness, death, work schedules, dislike of your neighbors, or change of plans.  We do not give refunds/pro-rate for early departure. 

A $25 processing fee will be charged for each canceled reservation. Though we certainly hope you don’t, if you find you must cancel your reservation, simply give us a required notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, and we will return your deposit less any processing fees. Stay of seven nights or longer during our peak season requires one month notice; RV, van slips, and other reservations require 72 hours notice prior to 4 PM on your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made without the required notice will result in a charge equal to the amount for the entire reservation. No-shows will result in a charge equal to the total amount of the full reservation. There are no refunds after you arrive.
